Ghost or hallucinated articles refer to citations that appear legitimate but reference non-existent works.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We invite you to participate in this study if your role includes either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Processing interlibrary loan article requests, <strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting patrons in finding scholarly articles and research materials (reference services).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are <strong>two separate surveys<\/strong>, one for each group. Each survey will take approximately <strong>10-15 minutes<\/strong> to complete. Your participation is voluntary, and all responses will remain confidential. The findings will provide insights into the prevalence of these requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To participate, please click the appropriate link below based on your role.
