The Reaching Across Illinois Library System is excited to announce RAILS Catalyst, a brand-new leadership-development program for library staff. If you\u2019re passionate about advancing your library career and building your leadership skills, we encourage you to apply! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
RAILS Catalyst will feature real-time coaching from a leadership expert and certified professional coach. Program participants will engage in monthly virtual sessions with a peer cohort and come together for two in-person meetings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019re looking for early- to mid-career professionals<\/strong> currently working in RAILS member libraries<\/strong> who are eager to expand their leadership responsibilities or enhance their impact in their current roles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Applications will open\u00a0on Tuesday, July 15<\/strong>.
