It will take place on <strong>Wednesday, June 11, from 1:00 to 2:30 PM CDT<\/strong>. Please see below for more information, including the link to registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This session addresses increasing health information access and use by highlighting features of the National Library of Medicine\u2019s PubMed bibliographic database. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By the end of the session, you&#8217;ll be able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>State what PubMed is and what&#8217;s in it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find\u00a0the original research that is the basis for a news article.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find\u00a0articles by a specific author.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search\u00a0for articles on a specific subject.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Narrow search results to a more specific subset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explore the Advanced Search Builder and Search History.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The instructors are <strong>April Hobbs<\/strong>, Research and Data Strategist for NNLM Region 2, and <strong>Nick Vera<\/strong>, User Experience and Education Strategist for NNLM Region 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course is worth 1.50 hours of MLA CE credit.
