Science&nbsp;Boot&nbsp;Camp&nbsp;is a fun and affordable 2 \u00bd day immersion into&nbsp;science&nbsp;topics offering opportunities for library workers and library students interested in&nbsp;science, health sciences, and technology to learn, meet and network in a fun, laid-back atmosphere.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The topics for this year&#8217;s SBC&nbsp;science&nbsp;sessions are:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Artificial Intelligence\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Astronomy\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health Sciences\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each\u00a0science\u00a0session will include one scientist presenting an overview of the field, and a second scientist discussing research applications within the field. This year&#8217;s Capstone will feature AI in science librarianship. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration for\u00a0Science\u00a0Boot\u00a0Camp\u00a0will open on\u00a0<strong>Wednesday, April 23<\/strong>.
