The topic of your presentation should focus on anything related to project management in libraries, including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_x_MsoNormal\">Building a project team<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_x_MsoNormal\">Getting buy-in for your project<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_x_MsoNormal\">Best practices for organizing a project<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_x_MsoNormal\">Using project management tools to run a project<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_x_MsoNormal\">Introducing project management at your library<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_x_MsoNormal\">Tips for planning a project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_x_MsoNormal\">Please fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfxFLCo29nMwuZ8cwNzbdRNC-4l5brwHPzzDgp5kNrDlW1jNw\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">submission form<\/a> send your presentation proposal to PMIG&#8217;s co-chairs Kirsten Clark and Nicole Lewis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_MsoNormal\">The deadline for proposal submissions is <b>Monday, January 30<\/b>.
