The JCLC (Joint Conference of Librarians of Color) 2022 is the only conference of its kind to be co-sponsored, planned, organized, promoted and presented by the five National Associations of Librarians of Color (NALCo): the American Indian Library Association, or AILA<\/a>; Asian Pacific American Librarians Association, or APALA<\/a>; Black Caucus of the American Library Association, or BCALA<\/a>; Chinese American Librarians Association, or CALA<\/a>; and REFORMA<\/a>–The National Association to Promote Library & Information Services to Latinos and the Spanish Speaking.<\/p>\n This year’s event will take place in St. Pete’s Beach, Florida, from Wednesday, October 5, to Sunday, October 9<\/strong>. If you are deeply interested or invested in BIPOC librarian issues; or if your job requirements are addressed by continuing education and training in BIPOC librarian issues, successes and challenges; then the 4th National Joint Conference of Librarians of Color 2022 is the most relevant, essential conference for you!<\/p>\n
