She is the author of the forthcoming book F<em>ostering Wellness in the Workplace: A Guide for Libraries<\/em> and of the award-winning blog <a href=\"https:\/\/librarianbyday.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Librarian by Day<\/em><\/a>. She developed the popular NNLM course &#8220;Wellness in the Library Workplace&#8221;. Bobbi is the Community Engagement and Outreach Specialist for the Network of the National Library of Medicine Region 6 at the University of Iowa.<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s program topics include the following session topics.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Turnover and cross training<\/li>\n<li>Resource Sharing in Tribal and Prison Libraries<\/li>\n<li>Work life balance<\/li>\n<li>Outreach &amp; marketing<\/li>\n<li>Controlled Digital Lending (CDL)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, at no extra cost, join copyright advisor <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/KyleKCourtney\">Kyle Courtney<\/a> for a virtual Copyright First Responders series starting <strong>Friday, August 19<\/strong>. There are two types of scholarship available.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Amigos Libraries <\/strong>is sponsoring five (5) conference attendees from Amigos member libraries<\/li>\n<li><strong>NWILL Conference<\/strong> is awarding four (4) additional scholarships to new ILL practitioners, Experienced ILL practitioners, Paraprofessionals, and\/or practitioners from underrepresented racial and ethnic backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, and\/or disabilities.\u00a0 Each NWILL award includes registration and professional development resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Fee Waiver for BIPOC Attendees\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p>To actively work towards dismantling systems of racism, NWILL offers the option of free registration to anyone who identifies as Black, Indigenous, or a person of color (BIPOC).
