The ILA Students and New Professionals Forum is hosting its final\u00a0Career Pathway Talk Series\u00a0webinar of the season,\u00a0“How to Retain BIPOC Students and New Professionals in Librarianship”. It will take place\u00a0from 12:00 to 1:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, May 18<\/strong>, as part of the Illinois Library Association’s\u00a0Noon Network\u00a0series.\u00a0Library professionals will discuss key issues that present barriers for BIPOC library workers, strategies for fostering an inclusive workplace, and offer advice on recruiting and retaining BIPOC library workers. We will take questions from the audience throughout the program.
