This conference will take place on\u00a0Friday, April 29, from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM CDT\u00a0on Zoom<\/strong>. Registration is $15 for ILA Institutional and Personal members and $20 for non-members. The deadline to register is\u00a0Tuesday, April 26<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Crisis communication is a crucial component that should be integrated into your library’s communication plan. While no one can foresee when, where, or how a crisis will occur, we can increase our readiness for the next one, large or small, and implement effective crisis communication plans and procedures. This virtual conference features marketing and communications expert Cordelia Anderson and web developer, librarian, national speaker, and author Laura Solomon.
