I am seeking people who\u00a0may have an interest in being involved in this text and possibly authoring a chapter&#8211;alone or in collaboration with others. (No formal proposal is\u00a0needed&#8211;just maybe a paragraph of what you&#8217;re looking to cover, contribution to the topic\/book\/why it&#8217;s useful (e.g., for the reader, academic\/etc. librarians), maybe a sense of length and who the author(s) is\/are, and where you think it fits into the draft book description.)<\/p>\n<p>For your convenience, a description of the book is available\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/s49gombhzp7zljb\/LPCantwell_HealthHumanitiesMLAProposal_Step2_description%26TOC.pdf?dl=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>\u00a0(subject to modifications as the manuscript develops). I hope this will be\u00a0helpful for you in envisioning yourself as part of this exciting book project. If you have ideas, questions, etc., please let me know&#8211;I&#8217;d love to discuss things further, brainstorm, and\u00a0help you strategize your participation.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;d love to square away 75% of the authors <strong>no later than mid-April of 2022<\/strong>, so that we can get to drafting! (Overall timeline: I need\u00a0final\u00a0drafts by mid-December, so that the final manuscript can get to R&amp;L by mid-January 2023.
