All are welcome!<\/p>\n<p>The first webinar, &#8220;Implementation of Telemedicine in Rural Public Libraries&#8221;, is scheduled for\u00a0<strong>Thursday March 10, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM CDT<\/strong>.
