The 2021 LAUC-B (Librarian’s Association of the University of California, Berkeley)\u00a0Conference Committee is thrilled to announce that registration* is open for our biennial conference.\u00a0This year’s theme is, “Reimagining Libraries Through Critical Library Practices”.\u00a0The conference will be held\u00a0online October 5-6 (Monday-Tuesday)<\/strong>; registration to the conference is free, and open now! Register here<\/a>.<\/p>\n Librarians’ activities are embedded in and inherently tied to socio-political circumstances. This conference will emphasize and examine critical librarianship through the lens of social justice, diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racist work. Go here<\/a> for the program, which has more information on the conference schedule and content.
