We invite you to submit a proposal for the\u00a053rd Annual Conference of the International Visual Literacy Association, an online event hosted by the University of Toledo and the Toledo Museum of Art.\u00a0The conference theme is\u00a0Seeing Across Disciplines: Visual Literacy and Education. The conference will bring together different theoretical viewpoints and practices on visual literacy, joining scholars, students, and practitioners from all over the world in an interesting exchange of ideas. The meeting\u00a0is open to contributions on new theoretical insights, media, innovative practices, and methodologies on assessment and evaluation. The conference takes place virtually through Zoom from\u00a0Thursday, November 4, to Saturday, November 6<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Paper presentations, panel sessions, workshops, and Pecha Kucha are invited.
