The ILA Noon Network will present “Self-Care for Library Staff”\u00a0on\u00a0Wednesday, June 9, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Self-care is not selfish!\u00a0Library<\/span>\u00a0staff have always been a great resource to the public for everything from a book recommendation to housing assistance.\u00a0\u00a0The past 17 months have created even more concerns from patrons and staff. With increased levels of stress at work and at home, self-care is more important than ever.<\/p>\n

In this session, you will evaluate your self-care routine and learn about other techniques and resources. In addition, the presenters will\u00a0talk about self-care at work, including how staff can help each other to successfully serve the public with less stress for all.<\/p>\n
