ODLOS is accepting proposals for other EDI-related blog topics as well. Submit your summary for consideration below.<\/p>\n<p>Please consider the following guidelines when submitting a blog post.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>articles are typically 350-600 words<\/li>\n<li>include 2-3 high-quality images<\/li>\n<li>content must be original (i.e. article is not published elsewhere)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please submit a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ala.org\/advocacy\/diversity\/odlos-blog\/contribute\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">summary<\/a>\u00a0for consideration by <strong>Friday, May 14<\/strong>. First drafts will be due <strong>Sunday, May 30<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Interested in continuing the conversation surrounding hiring during a pandemic?
