Participants are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to discuss the wide-ranging effects of the pandemic on the future of work in our profession. Topics of discussion may include the following.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>leveraging lessons learned from crisis management<\/li>\n<li>determining and returning to essential operations<\/li>\n<li>sustaining changed or expanded services<\/li>\n<li>determining where certain kinds of work happens<\/li>\n<li>addressing patrons&#8217; evolving needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please bring your thoughts, questions, insights, and experiences to share with others!
