The Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS) just launched a\u00a0new library Pulse Page<\/a>\u00a0on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). The Page is available at the top of our homepage<\/a>. Our goal is to share the most current information about RAILS EDI initiatives and service offerings, as well as general resources that may be helpful as our members plan their own EDI initiatives.<\/p>\n The Library Examples section of the Page includes a survey form that libraries can complete to share information on their EDI activities. I hope you will all share what you are doing by completing this form<\/a>.\u00a0Members will be able to view the survey results<\/a> on the Pulse Page, also.<\/p>\n If you are aware of any general EDI resources that would be helpful to RAILS libraries, please pass those along as well so we can post them on the Pulse Page.
