We are currently seeking best practices for self-service hold options that safeguard patron privacy. The committee hopes you will take a moment to complete a survey about your library&#8217;s practices. Even if your library does not offer self-service holds, we would still like your input.<\/p>\n<p>Participants have the option to receive a copy of the survey data.
