The Research Data Access and Preservation Association \u00a0(RDAP) invites proposals for the program of its upcoming summit at the Sante Fe Convention Center in Sante Fe, NM, on March 11-13, 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n The RDAP Summit occurs \u00a0on March 11 and 12 as a single-track, affordable conference for research data support practitioners. The program includes presentations, lightning talks, a poster session, and discussion panels. It ends on March 13 with optional workshops, some for a small additional fee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This year’s theme is\u00a0Connecting Through Data<\/b>. The planning committee encourages presenters to propose topics that address how data has helped create connections between different groups or how these connections have brought about change in some way.<\/span><\/p>\n RDAP and the Journal of eScience Librarianship (JeSLIB) are continuing their partnership, and RDAP presenters will have the opportunity to submit papers to be considered for a special issue of JeSLIB.<\/span><\/p>\n Proposal Deadline:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>November 1, 2019<\/strong> (Decisions will be sent on Nov. 22, 2019, and the deadline to accept will be Dec. 6, 2019.)<\/span><\/p>\n To submit\/more info: <\/span><\/b>go here<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
