RAILS has begun a campaign to help our member libraries of all sizes and types (academic, public, school, and special) tell their stories and articulate their value to stakeholders more effectively. This kind of assistance was requested by many libraries during the recent\u00a0strategic planning process<\/a>. Links to the videos and more information are available at https:\/\/www.railslibraries.info\/news\/157657<\/a><\/p>\n As a part of this campaign, the Chicago marketing firm\u00a0Imagination<\/a>\u00a0has created a short video as a pro bono project for us.\u00a0Dreams Take Flight at Your Local Library<\/em>\u00a0portrays children discovering the library and all it has to offer, and it features the library’s important role in STEM education. You may recognize the Gail Borden Public Library in Elgin as the location where the action takes place.<\/p>\n
