We are pleased to announce registration is now open for the 2nd Empirical Studies in Libraries Summit (ESiLS), a forum dedicated to showcasing and discussing the latest research happening in and about libraries. The Summit aims to bring together scholars, practitioners, and students who are engaged in empirical studies that advance our understanding of library practices, user behaviors, the impact of libraries on their communities, and more!

- Conference timeframe: Thursday, March 26, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM CDT
- Registration: $20* (discounts available for SUNYLA members and presenters)
- Deadline: Wed., March 25, 10:59 PM CDT
* Registration is free for accepted proposals. Registration is limited to 250 registrants and provides access to live Zoom sessions and our Microsoft Teams space. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Audience: We encourage researchers as well as practitioners in academic, public, special, and all other libraries to register and attend. We also welcome current LIS program students at the masters and doctoral level.
