Call for Proposals Extended: Distance Library Services Conference 2022 (July 26-28 at Purdue University, with Hybrid Option)–New Deadline Mon., Jan. 10

The 2022 Distance Library Services (DLS) Conference is currently scheduled to occur from July 26 to 28 (Tuesday-Thursday) at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. The Conference will take place in person, with a hybrid virtual option. Registration is $295 for the in-person option and $195 for the virtual option. Need travel funding assistance? The call for proposals is now open, with an extended deadline of Monday, January 10. The DLS 2022 planning committee invites all interested parties (including researchers, practitioners, students) to submit proposals for the 2022 Distance Library Services Conference. Presentation formats can include the following.

  • full paper presentations (50 mins)
  • panel (50 mins)
  • poster sessions (30 mins Q&A)
  • lightning talks (10 mins including Q&A)
  • workshops (50 mins or 100 mins)
  • virtual presentations

First-time attendees and student presenters are also invited to apply for our First-timer and Student Presenter travel awards.

  • early registration deadline: June 10, 2022
  • registration deadline: July 28, 2022
  • conference: July 26-28, 2022
