Registration Open for “Bridging the Digital Divide” Mini-Conference (Online Fri., Oct. 23, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM CDT) — Deadline Wed., Oct. 21

The North Carolina Library Association College & University Section is sponsoring a virtual mini-conference, “Bridging the Digital Divide: Library Communities Respond”, on Friday, October 23, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM CDT. The event will cover the ways that libraries are working to bridge the digital divide for their library users, in order to ensure equitable access to online content. Registration opens Thursday, October 1, and ends on Wednesday, October 21. The event is free to NCLA members and is $10 for non-members.

View presentations and take part in discussions with university, community college, public, and school librarians on this important topic. Keynote speech by NC LIVE Executive Director, Rob Ross.
